🔥 Your Role
As a KMIT, you will be trained to lead and manage daily restaurant & kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality, service speed, food safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen opening and readiness setup
- Ensure food quality, SOP compliance, and service speed
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage
- Support and guide kitchen crew during peak operations
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Execute closing procedures and operational reporting
- Support overall restaurant operations when required
📚 What You’ll Learn

🕐 Work Details
- 6-day work week
- 60 hours per week, excluding break hours
- Shift work required
- Includes weekends and public holidays
