What this role is about

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, negotiating, and managing packaging materials within the FMCG (Food) manufacturing environment to ensure the company receives quality materials at competitive pricing, with timely delivery and consistent supply to support smooth production operations. The role also supports manufacturing, transport, and logistics functions by coordinating material availability, supplier performance, inventory planning, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient operational flow across the supply chain.

Manufacturing: Ensuring packaging materials are available to support daily production schedules without interruption (wrapper, cartons, paper canisters and flexible packaging for biscuit products)
Transport: Coordinating shipment arrangements and delivery timelines with suppliers and transport providers.
Logistics: Monitoring inventory levels, warehouse coordination, and supplier lead times to maintain smooth supply chain operations
Internal Supply Management: Managing the procurement and supply of internal operational items such as stationery, office supplies, consumables, and other supporting materials required for daily business operations across departments within the company.
