Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mattress and bedding products.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, warranties and financing options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product care guidance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and support sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
2. Part-Time Warehouse Assistant
⏰ Flexible working hours
📅 Weekend commitment may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, sorting, picking, packing and labeling of goods.
- Load and unload goods safely and assist with delivery preparation.
- Support stock counting and inventory checks.
- Ensure products are properly stored and protected during handling.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Support the warehouse team with daily operational tasks.
