Central Kitchen Chef ($2.8k - $3400) (Bedok) 6 days work - 5 am shift

Please note that this is a 6 day work week Kitchen assistant/helper role.

2 Types of Shifts:

- 4am to 2pm / 5am to 3pm (any hours extra hours of this will be compensated)


Job Scope:

  • Assist in the preparation of food according to recipe cards, guests' dietary restrictions and preference and according to photographs
  • Handle the whole food production, stock and quality
  • Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations
  • Must perform various type of cooking methods for big volume order (example: wok stir fry dishes like cereal prawn, sweet sour pork dishes etc)
  • Maintain cleanliness and standard of work station, including kitchen equipment
  • Engage in consistent food quality checks in terms of temperature and taste.
  • Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
  • Check ingredients for freshness and ensure proper storage.
  • Control portion sizes and minimize food costs.

 Requirement:

  • Candidate with at least 3 years of experience in F&B 
  • Must central kitchen experience
  • Must have food hygiene certificate
  • Must follow company SOP strictly 
  • Responsible, hardworking and team player

Location : Bedok

OT will be compensated after working hour

Catering company at Bedok. Start work at 5 am (no transport)
