Assistant Kitchen Supervisor

  •   5.5 Hari Seminggu

S$1000 - 1500 / sebulan


  • Lead and support the hot kitchen team during daily food prep and service.
  • Keep kitchen workflow smooth and ensure orders go out on time.
  • Check that all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines (e.g., HACCP).
  • Help track stock levels, report low inventory, and minimize food waste.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is used properly, kept clean, and maintained.
  • Train and guide junior cooks and kitchen helpers.
  • Assist with staff duty rosters, station coverage, and break times.
  • Monitor team performance and report updates to the Head Chef.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Cook in a hot kitchen.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Clear communication and a reliable, positive attitude.
  • Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Food hygiene certificate is preferred.
