**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations at SUBWAY outlets and ensure exceptional restaurant experiences for our guests.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage daily restaurant activities, coordinate with teams across multiple locations, and maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
**Job Description**
• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service delivery
• Collaborate with team in store to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain positive guest relations to enhance customer satisfaction
- To handle brand audit and to achieve a pass for the restaurant excellence visit audit and food safety and to provide corrective action for non compliance area immediately.
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different restaurant locations
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are advantageous
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with consideration for religious observances
• Knowledge of Malaysian food safety regulations and restaurant operations management
