Our client is an international premium fashion brand known for its contemporary Parisian style and strong global presence.
Role: Sales Associate
Location: KLCC, Kuala Lumpur
Basic Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,400 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide a personalised and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and styles.
- Drive sales and work towards individual and store targets.
- Build relationships with customers through strong clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain good knowledge of products, collections and current trends.
- Support visual merchandising, stock management and daily store operations.
- Ensure the store is well presented and delivers a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Experience in fashion, premium/luxury retail or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Strong interest in fashion and styling.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with different customers.
- Sales-driven with good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
