Job Description:-
- Manage site delivery of electrical, busduct/busbar and M&E works, covering LV/MV/HV systems, switchboards, transformers, cabling, containment, cable trays and ELV systems.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures (RA/SWP) and RFIs, and lead testing and commissioning.
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants and subcontractors; control project schedules, manpower, materials and costs.
- Administer variation orders, progress claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions, ensuring compliance with Singapore electrical regulations and workplace safety standards.
Job Requirements:-
- Electrical construction experience, with proven site project management experience and strong LV/MV/HV knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in busduct/busbar installation (LV and/or MV preferred), switchboards, transformers, cables and power distribution.
- Good knowledge of Singapore electrical requirements, site safety and ELV systems, with strong coordination and commercial management skills.
- Experience in data centres, commercial buildings, industrial plants or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
