Receiving & Inspection
Receive incoming spare parts, materials, equipment and other warehouse items.
Check quantity, item code, description and condition against DO/PO or relevant documents
Report any shortage, damage or discrepancy to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Storage & Arrangement
Arrange and store spare parts, tools and materials according to designated locations.
Ensure items are properly labelled and easily accessible.
Maintain proper housekeeping and an organised warehouse.
Stock Issuance
Prepare and issue spare parts, tools and materials to technicians/service teams based on approved requests.
Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded.
Verify items before handing them over to technicians.
Stock Control
Assist in daily stock checking and physical stock counts.
Update stock records for receiving, issuing, returning and transferring items.
Immediately report discrepancies, missing items or damaged stock.
Return of Spare Parts
Receive unused, replaced or returned spare parts from technicians.
Check the condition and quantity of returned items.
Ensure returned items are properly recorded and stored.
Preparation for Service Jobs
Prepare spare parts, tools and materials required for scheduled service jobs.
Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure required items are available before deployment.
Inventory & Documentation
Maintain proper documentation for stock movement.
Ensure DO, GRN, stock issue/return forms and other warehouse documents are properly filed.
Warehouse Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
Ensure items are stored safely and do not create hazards.
Follow company safety procedures and proper handling practices
Handle warehouse equipment, tools and materials properly
Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
