Job Description :

Location : Woodlands

Gross Salary: $3,000++ and Above

5-Day Work Week

Rotating Shift (2-Week Rotation)

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Available Positions :

1. Chamfering / Beveling Technician

Key Responsibilities :

Perform and operate chamfering and beveling operations
Inspect finished products for edge quality and dimensions
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S standards

2. Technician / Operator (Machine) – Coating

Key Responsibilities :

Operate vacuum coating chambers and coating machines
Apply thin-film coatings according to specifications
Use spectrometers and metrology equipment for measurements

2. Technician / Operator (Machine) – Miling

Perform rough shaping of raw glass blanks, cutting materials close to final dimensional requirements.
Operate CNC milling and grinding equipment to produce optical curves and surfaces with micron-level accuracy.
Carry out edging and centering processes to ensure the lens mechanical edge is precisely aligned with the optical axis.

Requirements :

Minimum O Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification
Able to follow safety procedures and use PPE
