Job Responsibilities
- Provide sports massage and other traditional therapies
- Apply physiotherapy knowledge where relevant to support holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold high clinical standards
- Build strong rapport with patients and provide appropriate follow-up care
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
- Support daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, organised environment
- Contribute to patient satisfaction, retention and clinic growth
Requirements
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Physiotherapy
- Physiotherapy graduates should be willing to undergo training in TCM practices
- 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient-centred approach
