Test Technician (Semiconductor Equipment)
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Salary: RM2,200–RM3,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Days: Monday–Friday (Rotating Shifts)

RM300 fixed monthly transport allowance.
Meal card worth RM7.70 per working day.
Shift allowance: RM5 for morning/afternoon shifts and RM9 for night shifts.
Working Hours
Three-Shift System:
Morning: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
Afternoon: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.
Night: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
Candidates must be willing to work one-, two- or three-shift schedules, including night shifts, depending on production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-of-line testing, burn-in testing and functional checks on semiconductor equipment.
Carry out equipment assembly, setup, adjustment and calibration, including wafer robots and module subassemblies.
Execute test procedures according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
Use diagnostic tools, testing instruments and software to identify equipment issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex technical issues to engineers.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Record test results, equipment performance data and inspection findings.
Support process improvements, Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.
Comply with safety, electrostatic discharge (ESD) control and cleanroom procedures.
Requirements
SPM, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in equipment testing, electronic/mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
Hands-on testing and troubleshooting experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, wafer robots
