📍 Location: Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor
💰 Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 + KPI Incentive
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and results-driven Personal Sales Performance & Accountability Coach to provide dedicated one-to-one performance monitoring, coaching and accountability support to an experienced sales professional.

The primary objective is to improve daily productivity, motivation, work discipline, consistency and overall sales performance through structured monitoring and personalised coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Performance Monitoring – Monitor daily work schedules, task completion and KPI achievements.
One-to-One Performance Coaching – Provide personalised coaching, motivation, constructive feedback and performance improvement guidance.
Sales Activity Monitoring – Track prospecting calls, client follow-ups, appointments, negotiations and closing progress.
Time Management & Productivity – Establish structured work routines, prioritise important tasks and minimise procrastination.
Goal Setting & Performance Improvement – Set measurable daily, weekly and monthly targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Accountability Management – Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure consistent execution of planned activities.
Performance Reporting – Prepare daily KPI reports, weekly performance reviews and practical improvement plans.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Experience in Sales Coaching, Sales Supervision, Performance Management or Sales Operations is highly preferred.
Strong coaching, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, disciplined, organised and results-oriented.
Confident in providing firm but supportive accountab
