We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, offering personalized skincare consultations, makeup demonstrations, and tailored beauty solutions to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Beyond achieving sales targets, you will play a key role in mentoring junior beauty advisors, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building a loyal VIP client base.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & Sales Excellence

Deliver personalized skincare, makeup, and fragrance recommendations based on individual customer needs and skin types.
Perform professional product demonstrations, flash makeovers, and skincare routines.
Consistently achieve and exceed personal and store monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain a VIP customer database, managing client follow-ups regarding new product launches, promotions, and store events.

Team Mentorship & Leadership

Guide, mentor, and assist in onboarding junior beauty advisors on sales techniques, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
Act as a floor leader during peak hours, modeling excellent customer engagement and conflict resolution.
Support the Store Manager with daily briefing, task delegation, and stock allocation.

Store Operations & Merchandising

Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, testers, and promotional areas are immaculate, organized, and compliant with brand guidelines.
Ensure high hygiene standards for all tester units, makeup tools, and counter areas.
Monitor product stock levels, participate in stock counts, and report fast-moving or low-stock items.
Manage POS cashiering transactions, customer returns, and accurate daily sales settlement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales within the skincare, cosmetics, or luxury beauty industry.
Education: Diploma, O-Levels, SPM, or
