About the Role
We are a leading facilities management company based in Singapore, providing air-conditioning servicing and maintenance for homes and offices.
We are looking for an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing air-conditioning systems at customer locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general aircon servicing and maintenance
- Carry out chemical washes and chemical overhauls
- Perform jet washing and condenser washing
- Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn-out or defective parts
- Diagnose air-conditioning system issues and carry out repairs
- Repair and maintain wall-mounted and ceiling air-conditioning units
- Prepare service reports after completing each job
- Maintain records of job schedules and completed works
- Pick up and deliver required materials and supplies when necessary
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment issues and post-job reports
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Aircon Technician
- Experience in chemical washing, general servicing and aircon repairs
- Motorcycle driving licence suitable for use in Singapore is required
- Foreign motorcycle licence holders may also apply
- Experience servicing common aircon brands and aircon types
- NTC / NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and climbing when required
- Able to speak and write basic English
Working Schedule
- 6 days per week
- Standby working hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- No work on Public Holidays
- Must live in Singapore during working days
