Floater Relief Cleaner
Coverage: Hotel Room Attendant / Public Area Cleaner / Commercial & Office Cleaner
Key Responsibilities
Hotel Room Attendant (RA)
- Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to hotel standards and SOPs.
- Make beds and change bed linen, towels and amenities.
- Replenish guest room supplies.
- Meet required room/credit targets.
- Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property to the Supervisor.
Hotel Public Area Cleaner
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and sanitise assigned areas.
- Replenish washroom and cleaning supplies.
- Perform periodic and deep-cleaning duties as assigned.
Commercial / Office Cleaner
- Clean offices, commercial premises, clinics and other assigned locations.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising.
- Clean toilets, pantries, common areas and other designated areas.
- May be required to cover approximately 1–3 locations per day, depending on the Company's operational requirements.
- Travel between assigned locations as scheduled.
Equipment & Machinery
The employee may be required to operate cleaning equipment and machinery, including:
- Floor scrubber machines
- Water jet machines
- Carpet cleaning machines
- Vacuum cleaners
- Other cleaning equipment and tools
Working Requirements
- 6-day work week
- Off day is unfixed and will be scheduled according to operational requirements.
- Shift work; working hours may vary depending on assigned location and shift schedule.
- Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays when scheduled.
- Willing to work at different locations.
- Commercial/office assignments may involve 1–3 locations per day.
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance.
- Must be physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
- Must follow Company, hotel and client SOPs and instructions.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Must be flexible to perform Hotel RA, Public Area and Commercial/Office cleaning duties as assigned
- Minimum SPM qualification required.
