Job Scope:
- Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, processing, and inspection activities in accordance with approved work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Operate production equipment, machinery, and tooling safely and effectively.
- Achieve daily production output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize assigned work orders.
- Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks before and during operation.
- Ensure all tooling, fixtures, and equipment are in serviceable condition prior to use.
- Report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or tooling issues to supervisors.
- Maintain proper care and handling of company assets and production equipment.
- Support production startup, turnaround, rake refurbish, and TPM activities as required.
