- Receive, review, and process customer print orders.
- Coordinate job details with production team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and job sheets.
- Maintain proper filing system for all print jobs, records, and customer communications.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, job specifications, and delivery arrangements.
- Handle general inquiries and provide basic technical support on print products/services.
- Monitor and update production schedules.
- Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Printing Technology, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical work; experience in the printing industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of printing processes (e.g., digital, offset, large format) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiar with job tracking systems or print management software (preferred but not required).
- Able to handle basic documentation such as job orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and documentation.
- Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced print environment.
