WARDEN ASRAMA LELAKI
Key Responsibilities;
Manage the daily operations of the foreign workers' hostel.
Monitor hostel cleanliness, safety, and overall condition.
Conduct daily room inspections and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
Perform daily attendance and occupancy checks.
Register new workers during check-in and manage check-out procedures.
Keep accurate records of hostel occupancy, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
Enforce hostel rules and company regulations.
Handle worker complaints and welfare issues professionally.
Coordinate transportation arrangements when required.
Report accidents, emergencies, disciplinary issues, or damage to management immediately.
Monitor utilities and hostel inventory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hostel reports.
Additional Job Responsibilities
Be available 24 hours on-call to respond to any hostel emergencies, including medical incidents, accidents, disciplinary issues, security concerns, or facility-related emergencies.
Coordinate with the HR Department, Management, Security, and relevant authorities during emergency situations.
Take immediate action to ensure the safety and welfare of hostel residents during emergencies.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
At least 2-5 years of experience in hostel management, accommodation management, security, or related field.
Experience managing foreign workers is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word).
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
Willing to work unshift rotation (Morning & Night)
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of hostel management and worker welfare practices.
Accommodation provided if required.
