Apply for a job in 5 easy steps:

Step 2 - Register for an account (Register with your email or Facebook account to get instant access to over thousands of jobs.)
Step 3 - Update your Profile
Step 4 - Browse for Jobs
Step 5 - Apply for Jobs (Apply for full-time, part-time or contract jobs in 30 seconds)
There are often many job seekers applying for the same job. The hiring manager may not be able to respond to every applicant.
As Jobseekers, make sure your profile is updated and you have filled up your Past Work Experience, Education, Language and Skills. This will give the employers a much better understanding of you and the probability of you getting a response will be higher! Also do not stop at one application, apply for more jobs to increase your chance to get hired fast.
Don’t worry if you do not have a resume, you can create one with your existing FastJobs profile information.
After completing the above steps, you should see a message which says 'Your resume has been successfully created!' and be sure to click on 'Use this!' to update your resume.
To verify that your resume has been successfully updated, you may go to the 'Resume' section and click on 'Send myself a copy' to view your updated resume in your email.
After you register for an account, check your email for verification. Do take note to check your Spam/ Junk mail folder in case the email is routed there by mistake.
If you have already verified your email address, make sure you entered your registered email address and password correctly.
If you forget your password, please use the Forgot Password feature so that we can reset it.
As long as the jobs have not expired, your favourite jobs will be stored in the 'Saved Jobs'’ tab for 7 days and the jobs that you apply for via email or phone will be recorded under the 'Applied Jobs' tab for 30 days.
Remember to quickly apply before the jobs are filled!

FastCredits is a credit system that we have adopted on FastJobs.
This do-it-yourself approach allows greater autonomy and faster response to the employer's job posting process.
FastCredits can be purchased through your sales account manager. You may also contact us at customercare@fastjobs.com.my or call 03-2858 2584 .
You can access your employer dashboard with your account information that will be sent to you. FastCredits will be deducted with every action performed.
Each job posting will be available for 30 days. For rates, please email us at customercare@fastjobs.com.my or call 03-2858 2584 .
You can login into your account from the employer dashboard. The balance of your FastCredits as well as the expiry date will be indicated on the top right hand corner in the dashboard.

You will not be able to perform an action if you do not have sufficient FastCredits. Top up your FastCredits to post jobs. For assistance, please email us at customercare@fastjobs.com.my or call 03-2858 2584 .
Your FastCredits have a validity period based on the package purchased. It is strongly encouraged that you login to your employer dashboard and use the account actively.
We will be sending notification emails to remind you prior to the expiry of your FastCredits. You may choose to top up your package to continue using your FastCredits.
You may do so by setting the ad to expire manually from the employer dashboard after logging in.
You may indicate the way you would like to be contacted for each job posting. This can be through email or via phone.
A featured job ad gets more attention from potential job seekers. You can choose to do this concurrently while you are posting your job advertisement, but it will consume additional FastCredits.
The number of FastCredits required will be indicated before you post your job. The total amount of FastCredits required will be calculated and reflected before you confirm to proceed with your job posting.
