Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail
• Integrity and customer-friendly attitude
• Strong leadership
• Attention to detail, especially in task reporting
• Experience managing multiple outlets
• Sense of responsibility
Responsibilities
• Ensure daily outlet operations run smoothly and follow company standards in service quality, customer experience, sales, and compliance.
• Support overall branch performance by driving sales, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee branch administration, including inventory control, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Ensure all activities comply with store policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
• Manage token usage tracking, conduct regular outlet reviews, and support reporting tasks such as CDM summaries, sales collection, and daily housekeeping schedules.

Working Hours
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
