1. Visit stores frequently to establish and develop relationships with dealers and retailers.
2. Create and oversee dealers and retailers, ensure in-store product availability, and meet ST/SO targets.
3. Deliver and maintain POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) updated in-store to increase brand awareness
4. Conduct roadshows and marketing campaigns to raise brand recognition.
5. Coordinate basic after-sales assistance and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers
6. Provide training, support and motivate dealers & retailers on product selling skills
7. Compile information about competitors and comprehend market trends.
8. Stay motivated and focused on achieving region sales objectives
Job Requirements
1. At least 1-2 years of work experience in the related field is required
2. Fluent in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is compulsory.
3. MUST possess own vehicle
