Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Associates (Junior/Senior) to join our team in Malaysia. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with sales and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description:
• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain store cleanliness and organise merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience
Job Requirements:
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent (SPM/diploma)
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems (POS)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
