Position Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the District Manager on all operational matters, including outlet performance, operational consistency, product quality, and customer service standards, and take prompt corrective actions when required.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Plan, prepare, and manage staff duty rosters to ensure sufficient manpower coverage at all times, aligned with business needs and labour targets.
- Conduct inventory management, including regular stock counts, stock reconciliation, stock ordering, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and control of all inventories, products, and operational supplies in accordance with company procedures.
- Execute and coordinate staff training programs, including onboarding for new hires, skills training, SOP adherence, and continuous development, and monitor staff performance and progress.
- Maintain and ensure the highest level of customer service standards, coach team members, and resolve customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor outlet sales performance and operational productivity, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Prepare and submit required operational reports, inventory reports, and other documentation accurately and on time.
- Investigate, report, and address staff misconduct, operational issues, or SOP non-compliance, and escalate matters to the District Manager when necessary.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to ensure accountability, teamwork, and consistent execution of company standards.
