Looking for an energetic and confident individual who enjoys being on camera and interacting with customers? Join our team as a Livestream Sales Associate and grow your income through performance-based commission!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with enquiries.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and escalate complex issues to the Store Manager.
- Host livestreams and present products, prices, features, and promotions.
- Engage with online viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
- Support social media content creation, including product videos and promotional posts.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, priced, and arranged.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store.
- Assist with opening/closing, stock receiving, tagging, and inventory updates.
- Follow SOPs for transactions, cash handling, and customer service.
- Report product defects, customer complaints, and stock discrepancies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Retail, sales, customer service, telecommunications, or electronics experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Interest in smartphones, gadgets, or technology preferred.
- Confident in livestreaming and social media selling.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to follow SOPs, grooming, and attendance standards.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
