About the role
We're looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate individuals to join our team as F&B Service & Kitchen Crew! You'll play an important role in delivering the Shake Shack experience by serving our guests with a positive attitude while ensuring our food and restaurant meet our high standards. Whether you're taking orders, preparing delicious food, or keeping the restaurant running smoothly, you'll be part of a supportive team where everyone works together to create an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest.
- Perform various restaurant operations including frontline service, order taking, cashier, grill, fry station, beverage preparation, and other assigned stations.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Shake Shack's quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure all products are prepared consistently and presented according to company standards.
- Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, neatness, and overall appearance at all times.
- Support smooth daily restaurant operations and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Work closely with team members and support one another to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Follow all company operational, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.
About you
- Warm, cheerful, and guest-focused personality.
- Energetic, positive, and highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience using a POS/cashier system will be an added advantage.
- A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Comfortable working in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
