HLA (Malaysia) is recruiting for Retail Fashion Associate
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering excellent customer service.
- Operate the POS system accurately for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Perform basic pants alterations (e.g., hemming) after receiving the required training, where applicable.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an attractive shopping environment.
- Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Passionate about customer service and interested in fashion.
- Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a team.
