Responsibilities:

  • To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
  • Produce timely/details service reports and document processes.
  • Dealing with Customers complaints within a stipulated period of time and ensure the problems is solved and able to come up with proper solutions.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Work experience is not compulsory. Training will be provided.  Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule.
  • Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Can start work immediately.
  • Computer literate and able to multi task.
