- <2 years' experience: RM2,000/month
- >2 years' experience: RM2,200/month
- Negotiable based on relevant experience & qualifications
⏰ Working Hours
- Morning: 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM
- Late: 11:15 AM – 9:15 PM
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with pharmacy, health & wellness product enquiries.
- Recommend suitable products within training and company guidelines.
- Support basic health screening services such as BP, blood glucose & body composition.
- Promote products, campaigns and complementary products to achieve sales KPIs.
- Maintain shelves, product displays, labels and store cleanliness.
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, inventory checks and FEFO.
- Handle POS transactions, payments and membership/loyalty programmes.
- Prepare customer collections and provide non-clinical support to pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards and operational procedures.
- Work closely with pharmacists, nutritionists, dietitians and outlet team members.
✅ Requirements
- Experience in pharmacy, retail, healthcare, customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with sales.
- Willing to work rotational shifts and 5 days per week.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and complete relevant training.
