Assembly Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Shift
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Monday to Thursday (Rotating Shift)
Working Location:
Tuas
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $850/month
- Transport Allowance: $120/month
- Monthly Attendance Allowance: $35/month
- Day Shift Allowance: $7/day
- Night Shift Allowance: $15.50/day
- Annual Leave: Starts from 8 days
Job Responsibilities
- Perform assembly-related operations and secondary processing activities.
- Use assembly tools to perform and inspect assembly processes.
- Conduct basic housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report to the Leader / Assistant Leader on work progress and issues.
- Follow all company safety and health policies, safe work procedures, and instructions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts from Monday to Thursday.
- Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and maintain a high level of concentration throughout the shift.
- Able to frequently lift/carry items.
