The Role
- Achieve individual and support store sales targets and profitability goals through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques
- Take ownership of sales performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, increase basket size, and promote relevant products
- Contribute to the successful execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches
- Monitor personal sales performance and take appropriate actions to achieve agreed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing professional product recommendations and solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate
- Ensure products are displayed, replenished, and priced accurately in accordance with company guidelines
- Support daily store operations to ensure the store is well-organised, customer-ready, and always operating efficiently
- Assist in stock ordering, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimise stock shortages
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards
- Participate actively in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and customer service skills
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager
