We are hiring 2–3 full-time staff for two positions:
- VR Booth Operator
- Operate and manage the VR booth and equipment.
- Welcome visitors, explain the VR experience, and assist customers.
- Handle sales and cash/electronic payments.
- Perform basic computer tasks, printing, and daily records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly booth environment.
- Administrative Assistant
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messaging apps.
- Manage files, documents, data entry, and online platforms.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate with customers and support the team with various duties.
- Manage multiple tasks and organize daily work effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu (Malay).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and reliable.
- Previous customer service, events, office, or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
- Muslim applicants only due to the Islamic and cultural nature of the VR experience.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Comfortable, professional, and collaborative working environment.
- Suitable for both male and female staff, with a comfortable working environment for female employees.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- 1 day off per week (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
- Paid overtime when required.
- Performance incentives and sales-based rewards available, subject to agreement.
