What this role is about
This role supports the daily operations in the production plant.
You’ll be handling production reporting, monitoring processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the production floor. The goal is to ensure products are produced efficiently, meet quality and food safety standards, and hit daily targets.Further details of the role are outlined below for your reference,
What you will be doing
- Prepare daily production reports for all sections (wafer, biscuits, wafer sticks) to track output and performance.
- Monitor production lines and machines to ensure everything runs smoothly and products meet quality standards.
- Keep system data updated (production volume, downtime, material usage, etc.) accurately.
- Work with the IT team to resolve any system or technical issues.
- Train production PICs (Person-in-Charge) on how to use the system properly for data entry and workflow.
- Check and ensure system records match actual stock/production on the floor.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for ISO, FSSC, and HACCP (food safety and quality standards).
