About the Role
We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join our client in Johor Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional pharmacy services, medication counselling and healthcare recommendations while supporting smooth daily pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Provide professional medication counselling and healthcare advice to customers.
- Recommend suitable supplements, wellness and healthcare products based on customer needs.
- Conduct basic health screenings and provide appropriate health guidance.
- Manage medication inventory, stock control and proper storage.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs and professional standards.
- Support pharmacy assistants and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
- Participate in health campaigns, wellness activities and customer education initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Registered Pharmacist under the Registration of Pharmacists Act (ROPA) 1951.
- Valid pharmacist registration and practising requirements.
- UCSI University / IMU pharmacy graduates preferred.
- Responsible, professional and able to work independently.
- Community/retail pharmacy experience is an added advantage.
