Please note that this is a 6 day work week Kitchen assistant/helper role.
2 Types of Shifts:
- 4am to 2pm / 5am to 3pm (any hours extra hours of this will be compensated)
Job Scope:
- Assist in the preparation of food according to recipe cards, guests' dietary restrictions and preference and according to photographs
- Handle the whole food production, stock and quality
- Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations
- Must perform various type of cooking methods for big volume order (example: wok stir fry dishes like cereal prawn, sweet sour pork dishes etc)
- Maintain cleanliness and standard of work station, including kitchen equipment
- Engage in consistent food quality checks in terms of temperature and taste.
- Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Check ingredients for freshness and ensure proper storage.
- Control portion sizes and minimize food costs.
Requirement:
- Candidate with at least 3 years of experience in F&B
- Must central kitchen experience
- Must have food hygiene certificate
- Must follow company SOP strictly
- Responsible, hardworking and team player
Location : Bedok
OT will be compensated after working hour
Catering company at Bedok. Start work at 5 am (no transport)
