Responsible for Product Visual and Test Inspection (if applicable) in accordance to inspection and test standards during in-process and prior product shipment to ensure compliance.
Job responsibilities:
-
• Perform outgoing quality inspection of Product and Assembly product as per Inspection Checklist.
• Perform In-process line audit to ensure that the products were built based on specifications.
• Follow process flow for the disposition of rejected products.
• Perform verification of parts in accordance to updated BOM and work instructions.
• All findings during audit and inspections will be reported to QA Leader, QA Supervisor or QA Engineers.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the inspection stations
• Support Quality Engineers during internal, external audits, control systems and other quality programs
• To perform other tasks that are assigned by QA Leader/Engineers.
Job requirements:
- N Level, ITC/ Nitec or SPM.
- Background in Manufacturing / Engineering / Electronics
- Able to understand Work Instruction and/or Inspection Checklist
- Basic Microsoft Office Skill (Excel or Word)
- Preferably with Top Line Assembly knowledge
