KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the receipt, tracking and monitoring of all project documents, ensuring they are correctly stored and easily accessible.
· Ensure that all documentation compiles with company standards and industry regulations.
· Quality Control: Review and check documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
· Distribute documents to relevant team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Maintain and archive project documentation in both physical and digital formats
· Prepare regular reports on document status and project progress for management review
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless document flow.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimally 3-5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry or similar industries.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reviewing documents
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to troubleshoot issues related to document control and propose effective solutions.
· Understanding of relevant construction regulations and standards.
