Delta Fire Services, Kuala Lumpur (Kuchai Lama)
We maintain and upgrade fire alarm, wet riser, pump and suppression systems for commercial buildings. We need someone who can talk to building managers, follow a job from enquiry to handover, and work with our technical team.
What you will do
- Build and keep accounts with JMBs, building management, facilities teams and commercial landlords
- Find new jobs: maintenance, rectification, upgrades and system replacements
- Answer enquiries, give clear advice, and close issues without leaving the client waiting
- Sit with the technical team so the specification and the quotation match the site
- Coordinate vendors and the client until the job is completed
- Keep records and send a simple weekly sales report
What we need
- 1–2 years in sales or technical sales. Fire alarm or fire protection is an advantage, not a must
- Working with JMB or commercial building management is an advantage
- Clear spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Comfortable reading a basic fire-system scope and asking the right question
- Diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Willing to travel around Klang Valley for site and client visits
What you get
- Salary plus commission
- Company phone and laptop
- Hospitalisation and life cover up to RM 50,000 a year
- Workmen compensation, EPF and SOCSO
- Training on fire systems if you are new to the trade
- A small team, real client contact, and a path into technical sales
Apply with a short note on buildings or clients you have handled. Fresh graduates with facilities, M&E or building-management exposure will be considered.
