We are a premium hotpot restaurant looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Chinese restaurant kitchen experience is required
• Hotpot restaurant experience is preferred
• Good knife skills and familiar with Chinese kitchen operations
• Able to handle food preparation and cooking independently
• Responsible, hardworking and a good team player
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Able to assist with daily kitchen operations and team management
Key Responsibilities
• Handle food preparation and daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety
• Assist with kitchen workflow and staff arrangement
• Support training and supervision of the kitchen team
We are looking for someone who is experienced, responsible and serious about their work. Candidates without relevant kitchen experience will not be considered.
