Nasi Lemak Shop is landing at Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru, and we need a kitchen leader to fire it up from day one.
This is not a “follow the old way” job. You’re on the opening team. You set the standard. You build the crew. You run the kitchen.

Your kitchen, your call
- Lead and supervise the kitchen crew
- Guard food quality, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Keep stock tight and ingredient orders on point
- Train your people and watch them level up
- Work with management on daily operations and menu improvements, where your ideas count
- Plan schedules and manpower so the kitchen always runs smooth
