Position Available: Retail Associate
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

What You’ll Do
- Be the face of NIKE Malaysia — deliver energetic, premium customer service daily
- Learn our product range inside out and recommend what fits each customer’s needs
- Boost store performance by driving sales, increasing UPT & ATV, and building customer loyalty
- Own key store operations like opening/closing, sales transactions, and floor organization
- Team up with visual and inventory teams to ensure displays are sharp and stock is spot on
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizenship
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level/STPM/"A" Level, any field
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or fashion/sports sales
- The ability to start immediately is a big plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- The ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (Mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and an eye for detail
- A team-first mindset and the physical stamina for active retail life
