JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop high-quality, creative content tailored for social media channels, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Produce diverse multimedia assets, including short-form videos, graphic posts, photography, and copy.
  • Ensure all copy and media align with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms, including REDNote (XiaoHongShu), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • On-camera hosting for social media videos, live streams, and promotional events.
  • Execute organic and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience leads.
  • Monitor trends, analyze content performance, and actively engage with followers/community comments.

Content Planning & Operations

  • Maintain a structured content calendar to organize creation schedules and posting timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Hands-on proficiency in photography, videography, and mobile/desktop video editing tools is REQUIRED.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for videos, reels, and live hosting sessions.
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media ecosystems (REDNote/XiaoHongShu) as well as global platforms (TikTok, IG, FB).
  • Strong understanding of digital content trends and social media analytics
