- Jump in on light prep work when needed—always follow food safety rules like it’s second nature.
- Sync up with the crew—front and back of house—to keep the flow smooth, especially when the rush hits.
- Ring up payments—cash, card, or tap—and keep the register balanced like a boss.
- Keep service stations loaded with napkins, utensils, sauces, and drinks—don’t let anything run dry mid-shift.
- Live by company policies—safety, service, and all the standards—like it’s your personal playlist.
