Clerk for Feng Shui Company

📍 Location: Near Tai Seng MRT CC11 (Exit A)

🕒 Working Hours: 10 AM - 6:30 PM

📅 Off Days: Friday & Saturday

Requirements:

  • Able to read, write, and communicate in Chinese
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Able to work independently when required
  • Positive attitude and willing to take on ad hoc duties

Job Scope

  • Document Preparation: Prepare feng shui-related charts, reports and house layout plans
  • Naming Services: Prepare information for baby naming, name changes and auspicious name selection
  • Coordination: Work with sales assistants to ensure documents are ready on time
  • Product Verification: Assist the boss in verifying auspicious items
  • Promotions: Discuss and suggest weekend promotions with the boss
  • Other Duties: Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by management
