- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across WOK HEY outlets in Malaysia.
- Coordinate and carry out on-ground activations such as flyer distribution, food sampling, customer engagement, and local promotions.
- Ensure marketing materials (POSM, in-store visuals, digital screens, etc.) are properly displayed and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign execution issues at outlet level.
- Work closely with outlet teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.
- Support the day-to-day management of WOK HEY Malaysia's social media channels.
- Plan and create social media content that is relevant to the Malaysia market and local audience.
- Shoot and capture photos and videos at outlets, during campaigns, and at on-ground activations.
- Identify local trends, conversations, cultural moments, and opportunities that can be translated into relevant.
- Produce short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other social-first content.
- Adapt global/regional brand content where appropriate for the Malaysia market.
- Support content scheduling, posting, caption writing, and basic community management.
- Monitor social media performance and identify content themes and formats that resonate with the local audience.
- Proactively suggest new content ideas based on local trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in visual merchandising and communication. Document findings through photo and video reports.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess branding consistency, campaign execution, and overall presentation.
- Identify potential local partnerships, influencers, communities, and collaboration opportunities to support WOK HEY Malaysia’s marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports covering store visits, social media performance, competitor activities, customer feedback, campaign execution, and local market trends.
