Job Responsibilities
Indoor Sales
Job loction at : （Johor Bahru / Skudai）
- Welcome showroom visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Introduce sintered stone products, designs, colours, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers with product selection, quotations, and sales orders.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales services.
- Coordinate with our Singapore Sales Team, Factory Team, and Installation Team.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
2. Inventory Management
- Manage and monitor inventory of sintered stone slabs and related materials.
- Record daily incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
- Update inventory records accurately in the company's system.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Coordinate container arrivals, receiving, deliveries, and stock arrangements.
- Verify product codes, colours, thicknesses, specifications, and quantities.
- Prepare inventory reports and promptly report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock organization and storage arrangements.
