We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to support electrical assembly, process optimisation and mass production of automated equipment, ensuring product quality, reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement electrical assembly, wiring and testing procedures for mass-production equipment.
- Convert electrical design drawings into manufacturing SOPs and work instructions.
- Coordinate with local suppliers on electrical components, material quality and technical issues.
- Conduct electrical performance testing, EMC troubleshooting and equipment verification.
- Optimise wiring processes to improve production yield, quality and consistency.
- Implement electrical design changes, cost improvements and reliability enhancements.
- Support equipment commissioning, after-sales troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of electrical manufacturing or process engineering experience in automated equipment production.
- Able to interpret electrical schematics and wiring specifications.
- Experience with PC-based control systems, servo systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical component selection and supplier coordination.
- Experience in precision equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
