To provide technical support in production for maintenance of factory equipment, monitor and check product quality and document results in strict adherence to procedures in a discrete manufacturing environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Set up production lines, machines & equipments for Top Level Assembly processes.
- Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance & troubleshooting of production
- equipment.
- Apply strong knowledge of Electrical Schematic Diagrams for equipment diagnosis & repair.
- Create & update maintenance & troubleshooting checklists of production equipment.
- Develop MI on maintenance & troubleshooting with step by step procedures supported by photos
- Conduct operator training on maintenance, troubleshooting and process MI.
- Organize and classify tools, jigs, spare parts to improve accessibility & operational efficiency.
- Create & maintain records of spare parts & jigs.
- Carry out equipment calibration activities & maintain record (eg. Torque driver).
- Update asset list in GAMS on a monthly basis.
- Analyse production issues and provide debugging confirmation on production lines.
- Support Engineers during new product introduction (NPI) activities & pilot builds.
- Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job requirements:
- NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical
- At least 2 years experienced in Manufacturing of medical device or electronic product
- Well experience in reading/understanding schematic diagrams, troubleshooting and repairing machine
