About us
A British origin company running practical, HRD Corp claimable corporate training across Malaysia for over 14 years. Our courses include team building, digital marketing, SEO, AI and professional drone piloting, for clients from Grab and Petronas to small boutique firms. Our Solutions services help clients put their training into practice.
The role
A 3 month contract to win new clients and grow existing accounts. You will own the sale from first contact to signed booking and report to our Directors in Malaysia and the UK. Strong performance can lead to a permanent position.
What you will do
• Build a pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals and events
• Reach HR, L&D and department heads and match their needs to the right course
• Prepare proposals and quotes and follow up to close
• Explain HRD Corp funding and support the client's claim
• Win back past clients and spot upsell opportunities
• Keep the pipeline up to date and report on activity and sales against target
You will have
• 2+ years of B2B sales, ideally in training, events, HR or professional services
• A record of hitting sales targets
• Confidence meeting senior people and running a full sales cycle
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willingness to travel around KL
Nice to have: HRD Corp experience, a business network, Mandarin, CRM experience.
What we offer
• RM2,500 to RM3,500 basic a month, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on every booking, paid monthly once the client pays
• Monthly travel claims
• Review at month 3 with a chance to extend
• Mentoring from the Directors (based in Malaysia & UK)
