Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Exam Center Invigilator to join our organisation on a 2-12 months contract basis (negotiable). This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery to our candidates.
Job Description
• Invigilate candidates and ensure exam security is maintained
• Manage administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, correspondence, and maintaining organised records for academic and operational purposes
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely attendance of candidates
• Provide assistance to candidates who wish to register for our test
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in education or training sector
• Proficient and comfortable with digital communication platforms (Google suite, Chrome, Windows, medium internet skills)
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is advantageous
• Ability to work respectfully within a multicultural environment and adapt to flexible scheduling needs
• Able to follow instructions and carry out duties exactly as instructed
• Candidate must live within 20 to 25 minutes of Tamarind Square Cyberjaya (strongly preferred)
• Punctual and able to report full attendance at the center when required/scheduled to is a must
